Fell asleep at four. Started work at five. Getting off as the Hawks game starts, so I can’t complain. But sleeping pills are still bullshit.

Had a doubleheader hockey game last night, 9:00 & 9:50. Pulled my groin within the first three minutes of the first game. Played through the two. Much pain
Things that prevent me from sleeping
1. Shitty repetitive songs 2. Thinking about life I have not conquered the two. Sleeping pills are still bullshit.
